Storyball production updates

Dear backers,
These are great times for us as a team, working full power to create Storyball and get it delivered to you. We are making progress every day, taking step by step, and yet have so much more to accomplish.
So, will you get your Storyballs for Christmas?
The truth is - we still don’t know. We issued the order to our factory and had a visit there last month. We are happy with their progress and have approved all the designs of our molds and now waiting to see how the parts will come out. We need to make sure they will be robust enough from one side but flexible on the other. In case we are not happy with the results we will do everything we can to fix or tweak the parts, this will delay our delivery date as we won’t send you anything we are not 100% happy with.
On top of production issues, we also need to make sure Storyball device is fully compliant by all regulatory authorities. This is to make sure without any doubt that Storyball is safe for your children. In order to save time, we have a detailed plan in hand to send the first samples to the testing labs and hope to get their approval quickly.
So as previously said, there are still some unknowns that are unfortunately not completely up to us. We will keep you posted as soon as we get the first samples and do our best to get everything right the first time.

PAW Patrol and New Character Skin Announced!

We have a little over two days left of the campaign and what a whirlwind it has been. Thank you again for your support!! Apologies in advance for a long update...there is a lot to talk about!
PAW PATROL UPDATE
We are really excited that our PAW Patrol licensing contract has been signed with Nickelodeon. Now we begin working with the Nickelodeon team to develop each character’s bespoke missions and the full product.
And by the way, of course, Chase and Skye aren’t on their own – we’re also working on a Ryder Storyball skin which we will be developing with possibly even more pups on the way!
MYSTERY CHARACTER REVEALED
Introducing our mystery character skin….(Ryder, Leader of PAW Patrol)
Ryder is the leader, rescuer, and teacher of the Pups. He has heart, a can-do spirit, and the skills PAW Patrol needs to get the job done! Ryder is very intelligent. He trains each of the pups to their own specific job (e.g. Marshall as a firefighter dog, Chase as a police dog etc.), and he invents gadgets used by the PAW Patrol team and teaches each pup how to use their own gadgets.
During an emergency, Ryder knows the solutions to each problem and he also knows which pups are needed in each mission. During rescues, you can catch a ride with Ryder on his hi-tech ATV that transforms into a hovercraft and a snowmobile. During an emergency, he calls and leads the Pups on missions to help the citizens of Adventure Bay.
